The 6th of 7 event of the 2018 Colorado River region was held on 4/15/2018 at Lake Havasu. Each exciting American Bass/Ranger Boats Team Classic awards a new Ranger/Mercury boat package to the winning team. These events are invitation events. Teams earn an invitation by qualifying in one of the many American Bass team regions. The Team Classics feature a $100 basic entry fee with a 100% payback of the entry fee to second place through the 20% of field. Examples; if there are 100 boats in the Team Classic, there would be $10,000 cash awarded to 2nd-20th places. If there are 80 boats in the Team Classic, there would be $8,000 cash awarded to 2nd16th places. First place will receive the Ranger/Mercury boat package no matter the number of boats competing! The $100 entry is required, teams may also choose to enter additional options for a chance to win even more cash! If you have never qualified, you need to make this your year!

Taking First Place at this event at Lake Havasu / Windsor Beach Ramp was Ron Porter of Lake Havasu City, CA and Roger Porter of Lake Havasu City, AZ. They had a great day on the water weighing in 5 Bass that weighed 18.38 lbs! Along with their 1st Place trophies they received $940.00 CASH! Congratulations on your victory!

Taking 2nd place at Havasu / Windsor Beach Ramp was the team of Matt Williams and Mark Williams. They took second place by bringing 5 Bass to the scales that weighed 17.51lbs. They received $410.00 CASH and a pair of 2nd place plaques! Congrats on the runner-up spot at Havasu / Windsor Beach Ramp!

The 3rd place team Lake Havasu / Windsor Beach Ramp tournament was Alan Blackman and Rufus Cassadas. They weighed 5 Bass going 16.05 lbs! They collected $280.00 CASH for their day of fishing! Nice Going Alan and Rufus!

In 4th place we had Mike Keller and Joe Bistline. They weighed in 5 Bass for a total weight of 15.77lbs. and collected $300.00 CASH! Great job at Havasu / Windsor Beach Ramp!

Rounding out the top 5 at Lake Havasu / Windsor Beach Ramp was the team of Ed Cummings and Rhonda Cummings. They're 5 Bass weighing 15.13lbs. earned them this top 5 finish! They received the 5th Place Plaques. Ed is a member of the Bluewater Tackle & Marine teams.

The biggest Bass of the day was weighed in by the team of Joe Bistline & Mike Keller. Their big fish weighed 5.55 pounds!

This region offers American Bass angler's some of the best fishing in the West! To qualify from any region you need to compete in a minimum of 5 events. If you fish at least 6 events in one season you are qualified to fish all three American Bass/Ranger Boats Team Classics! All of you Traveler's players should take a look at some of the events in this region, it will be a lot of fun!
